Delaney Seeburger is the founder and principal of Blaze Engineering and Analysis, a fire protection engineering and data analysis firm located in Auburn, CA. She is a licensed Fire Protection Engineer in the state of California with expertise in fire science, fire dynamics, fire modelling, and forensic fire reconstruction. Seeburger’s professional activities involve applying fire dynamics and combustion principles to analyze various aspects of fire and combustion processes, primarily for wildland fire risk assessment, prevention, and post-fire event reconstruction. She was previously an associate for Reax Engineering Inc. also in Auburn, CA, where her responsibilities spanned building and fire code consulting, fire science research, and wildfire risk and mitigation analysis. She has worked for Jensen-Hughes in their Anaheim office as a building and fire code consultant and for the National Park Service as a Structural Fire Protection intern, performing fire and life safety analyses of historic structures.
